We bought a fixer upper house but we now have a big mortgage. I don't want to have kids unless I can see them and 1 of us doesn't have to work. I want to sell and buy a smaller house (we'll pobably make enough to have a very small mortgage that we could get rid of in 2 years but she likes the expensive house.
